Dr. Chase graduated from the University of the Pacific and
began private practice in 1984. This was only the beginning of the journey of
continuing education and advanced study. He remains on the leading edge of
continuing education with over 1,000 hours of post-graduate studies on
orofacial pain/TMD, complex dental reconstruction and dental sleep
medicine.

This has included training at
the prestigious Las Vegas Global Institute for advanced TMJ / TMD treatment,
comprehensive aesthetics as well as the rigorous full mouth reconstruction
program. He is one of only a handful of participants to have achieved this
level of training.

His practice provides a relaxed, caring atmosphere in a
modern setting utilizing the latest in equipment and technology. He is one of
the few dentists in Arizona trained in the use of sophisticated computerized
instrumentation which aids in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of complex
TMD pain disorders and obstructive sleep apnea. This equipment includes:

Dr. Chase’s practice philosophy is a comprehensive, yet
conservative approach to treatment with an emphasis on a multidisciplinary
approach working in close collaboration with the patient’s physician. He
